“Students of the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHM), Mumbai broke the Guinness Book of World Record for the Largest Sushi Mosaic. The new world record for “Largest sushi mosaic” was measured 4.99 meters x 3.04 meters= 15.16 sq meters (163.28 square feet) consisting of 5814 sushi pieces in Mumbai.”
