The Mona Lasagne
October 17, 2008

“An artist has sculptured a modern version of the Mona Lisa that’s good enough to eat — it’s made entirely of pasta. Prudence Emma Staite spent two weeks picking 10,000 different pieces of pasta which match the lines of the smiling face. The culinary artist then arranged the fusilli, macaroni and lasagna to resemble the world famous piece of art.” w/ photos
