“As campaigns to change people’s eating habits go, it certainly captures the attention. For an enormous wall of ice containing items of fresh frozen food can be found on London’s South Bank. As temperatures in the capital struggled to rise much above freezing today, it was the perfect time for the British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF) to launch its initiative to encourage more use of frozen food. Both children and adults passing by were enthralled by the display, which had foodstuffs ranging from broccoli to fish, peaches to cherries, and carrots to potatoes.” w/ photos
