“Cheese fries… the staple entree for most steak restaurants. But have you ever heard of a brick of cheese fries? Those deep fried innovators at the LA Country Fair came up with the idea. Not sure why… perhaps they’re easier to stack and sell, or perhaps they’ll build a house with them if they don’t sell enough… Who knows… but I do know they look DAMN TASTY!” w/ photos
