In the spirit of Frozen Grand Central, A group of 40 talented performers were used to freeze in mid-slurp and mid-bite for Charlie Todd’s latest orchestrated prank. The reactions from the unsuspecting lunch crowd at a suburban Taco Bell Grand Opening are downright hilarious. Make sure to watch the video after the jump.
