“Rescuers look at a boat stuck in the arch of Sant’Angelo bridge on the Tiber river in downtown Rome. The Tiber was set to burst its banks after days of rain and thunderstorms. Rome’s mayor has declared a state of emergency after severe storms flooded underpasses, disrupted train and flight services and killed one person.” w/ photo
