Man Drives Nail Into Skull

“In a bizarre case in Meerut, a 22-year-old resident of Old Mohanpuri drove a large nail into his head using a log. According to Dr Pradip Bharti, neurosurgeon, at Meerut Medical College, who operated Prashant, said that he was a psychiatric patient, and his condition had worsened after he witnessed the Victoria Park fire two years ago. He said that Prashant had attempted to kill himself many times and driving a nail into his skull was his latest bid.” w/ photos
