“A man whose post has been delivered to the wrong address for a staggering 19 years, has finally received an apology from the Royal Mail. Raymond Southwell has called the company every month for almost two decades to complain that his mail doesn’t arrive at his home in Salterns Lane, Fareham, Hants. Each time he calls, Royal Mail staff assure him the error won’t happen again. But 76 year old Mr Southwell’s post still gets delivered to an address in the nearby Salterns Estate.” w/ photo
