“Doctors in China are trying to treat a four-year-old boy whose heart is growing on the outside of his stomach. Zhang Weiyuan’s heart is covered in only a layer of skin under which it can easily be seen beating… His father, Zhang Xianzhen, a rubbish collector, said he feels guilty for not taking his son to see a doctor earlier… He never cries even though he suffers all the time, which makes us feel even more guilty.” w/ photo
