Birdly Imprint

“My parents were traveling through the south in their RV in March and hit a bird while they were doing 70mph. The bird was killed instantly, obviously, but its impact left behind a white powdery silhouette. The bird had dark feathers. The silhouette it left behind is unlike anything we have ever seen before. Does anyone know what would have caused this? We like to think it just “imprinted” its exit from this world to birdy heaven.” w/ photo
