“A Tampa woman found a surprise on her doorstep Thursday morning. An 11-foot alligator was hanging out at Belinda Donaldson’s front door. Her neighbor warned her about the gator before she walked outside and called the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. The trapper struggled with the unwelcome house guest, but was finally able to load the gator in the truck with the help of Hillsborough deputies.” w/ photos + video
